Maybe, but the non mega'd ones mostly feel quite useless.

I mean Char Y doesn't even get Gale Wings like Talonflame and loses 50% of its health to stealth rocks.

Clefable and eviolite Chansey are the only ones I see a lot of usage but the eeveelutions etc have been dropping to irrelevance as more and more time goes by and the power creep has reached ridiculous levels with things like M-Ray and the primal reversions, if those weren't banned half the time no one would even use the G1 mons.
