Is build fighters mecha?
I mean they are plastic gunpla and not giant robots

But they are models of mechs, which allows its mecha status.. As far the /m/ board's rules goes.
Of course they aren't actual mecha, but they have their direct links to actual mecha.
Honorary mecha, I guess?
NOT MECHA god damn newfags fuck off

Its mecha, they represent mecha shows and the battles have giant robots projected by computers.

Are you also asking if gunpla should be posted here?
>>14552252
Gunpla should stay on /toy/ where it belongs
>>14556310
oh boy here we go
Little robots that use advanced technology/magic to move are not mecha because they are plastic.

But Plastic is used in actual mechanical technology retard.

Sorry, I should have green-texted that. I was trying to be sarcastic.
Duh it should be on /toy/
Just like any anime should be on /a/
Is Kamen Rider mecha?
I mean they are transforming bugmen and not giant robots.
It always bothered me that the gunplay were still called 1/144, they're models of models so aren't they 1/1 scale?

The gunpla are based off the fictional heights and weights that the builders imagined their kit to be. I.e. The imagined them to be 2 story robots.
