I'm trying to get through Drive now but it's been pretty painful. Got to episode 27 and just kind of stopped watching for like two weeks.

The designs are ok for the most part and the characters aren't bad, but the plot is pretty eh so far and the fight choreography and CGI effects are a huge step backwards from the last couple of series. Especially the CGI. Some of the fights are just plain embarrassing to watch and even without the CGI they just have no flow to them.

Is it worth it in the end? The movies look cool but the series is like a solid 5/10 right now.

Then it sort of bungles around before the finale episodes. It's worth it to finish because there's some AMAZINGLY hype moments in the back half of the season, but there's also some filler crap you'll have to sit through to get to them.

I never got the praise for Wizard's choreography. The battles during most of the show were way too one sided and boring. The only memorable ones were the Phoenix clashes and Wizard vs White Wizard exactly due to breaking that pattern.

I dropped Wizard in a hurry after Phoenix got punted into the sun. Just took all the stakes right out of the show and the characters aren't strong enough to keep me interested (which is why I stuck with Drive all the way through even when it slowed way down following the Freeze arc)

Gaim was great until the end, Den-O never get a true ending and it was a fun ride, I miss Momotaros so much.

Drive was good, but that ending was a total disappointment.

Then, Ghost, it was a disappointment after the first 5 episodes for me, can't get hype for the next episode like the other rider series anymore.

But Garo is fucking perfect until now, loved all episodes, movies and Makai Senki is getting even better with Zero solo episodes. I only miss the new forms and upgrades from Kamen Rider in general.
