So, I just started watching ZZ Gundam a few months after I finished Z and I'm already getting annoyed at Bright.

He's supposed to be a veteran of One Year War and the Gryps Conflict, yet at the start of ZZ he acts completely incompetent. The Zeta going out without energy packs for the rifle, pic related and generally his choices during the time Argama spent at Shangri-La show he's completely a completely incompetent person and his subordinates run directionless.

Everyone acts high as fuck for the first dozen episodes of ZZ.
My personal headcanon is that there's something wrong with the air in Shangrila. Once they head out into space everyone sobers up.
