Accents are just a cultural/regional inflection on words.
For example, The US has many regions in its land mass. Compare someone from the east coast, someplace metropolitan like New Jersey or NYC, to someone living in the rural midwest or deep south. The difference in speech patterns is significant, but they both speak the same language.

Hindu accent if any. Karn is a Sanskrit word/surname, while "Haman" is of sand nigger origin.
Quite possibly, there is no local ethic accent involved, because whatever the character's distant racial and/or cultural origin, post colonisation - they probably interbreed like crazy and barring traditionalists, got homogenized.
