General Shadow appears as one of the main villains in Let's Go Kamen Riders. He gets some cool scenes, but he's also kind of underwhelming, since his whole honorable side is ignored. His final scene especially is really bad.

He has a smaller role but still some decent action in SHT. He also actually seems more in-character, in spite of the smaller role, like how he attempts to take on both the strongest Rider and Sentai at once in the final battle.

He also had minor appearances in Kamen Rider Taisen (he actually gives orders to Marshal Machine here rather than the other way around) and Super Hero Taisen GP (this last one is the only time where he faces Stronger again in these movies).

I'm the new head developer of the Kamen Rider rpg game Kamen Rider Legacy.
Yes believe it or not this project is STILL going on after god knows how many years have passed now. Basically after a bunch of reorganization and backtracking, the original lead developer has stepped down and placed me in charge of the whole operation with him as sort of a creative consultant now.
During this time I've done my best to develop the Fourth chapter of the game as well as pick up where the head guy left off in developing the third chapter, so now the game has TWO new chapters that are now live.
