You know considering it has the first non-GGG Brave series and a possible canon ending to Shougeki Hen, why is this so incredibly lackluster looking?

In Yamato (well, the original, I haven't watched 2199), they had bases all around the solar system, but they were mostly attacked and destroyed before the beginning of the series.

Gundam's Space colonies, rather than being completely destroyed, could just be damaged and with limited resources due to the enemy army around, keeping the premise basically the same as Earth's situation.

There's literally nothing complex about Star Driver and Majestic Prince settings in fact they're the easiest to implement since they story and settings are fairly standard.

Apart Alpha 3 (which was a mess), generally the "war in srw" does not break out everywhere all at once.

It is a classic that Char, Titans, or whoever, exploits the fact that the Londo Bell is locked to Earth to repel an alien invasion. This is something that, generally, SRW manages well in every games. SRW W was particularly great in doing this with even the villans who fight each other.

The UC trinity has always been a thing, and SRW has had no problems fitting Z/ZZ/CCA all together. Sometimes they even include Victory or F91.

Not that difficult. SEED Destiny fits well with Zeta, 00 A Wakening fits well with any world with an Earth Federation (which UC has).

Like I said they are most likely going to merge Z/ZZ/CCA into one, HF and S7 are units only so who knows what they will do with those, Crossbone might be its own separate route with Yamato and Trailbazer, Unicorn is going to be shoved inbetween the trilogy and Destiny will probably share a route with CA.

Zero/Daitarn/Zambot/Might Gaine will be a route.
