This is the correct way to pronounce it without going full weeb.. It's only Zee in Tranzor Z because Americlaps came up with that name. It doesn't change to a 'zee' just because you're in Clapistan. You don't hear me calling ZZ Top 'zed zed top', I respect their clappy name.

Some countries say Zed instead of Z. I don't know why because that turns a letter into a word, which would seem to defeat the purpose of it being a letter, but they do.

Japan uses Zed for some reason, much like how they pronouce missiles like the British do, yet they also use American pronouciation for other words so I'm guessing they just pick and choose at random what they like.

It uses Zetto based on Zet, the the DUTCH pronunciation of the letter Z because they got it from them.

Still, it's a loan-word now integrated in standard Japanese. It should be translated in the target language pronunciation of the letter Z: Zê in Portuguese, Zeta in Italian, Zed in British English and Zee in American English, etc
