Why did mecha designs reach their peak so early and why did mecha designs go to complete shit after the 90s?
They didn't. You're just a hipster contrarian that hates anything modern.

I think that there was some really great mecha in the 90s, though most of it was 80s directors and artists "maturing". I personally think that the years between 0079 to Turna A were all pretty great for the most part. And it is not as if we get no good mecha anime and designs now.
>>14239872
How is that not entirely justified?
>>14239890
Being a hipster is never justified. Veganism isn't justified, installing Arch isn't justified, fixies aren't justified, Lain was pretentious on purpose and your autism has never been justified either. Just accept that you're a hipster and keep your mouth shut.
>>14239905
I fully accept that I'm a hipster, but you need to accept that being a hipster, especially in the CURRENT YEAR, is one of the best types of person you can be.
>>14239905
Lain was good though.
>>14239915
You mean paeleoconservative weeaboo.
>>14239869
I can never tell if this is just a Naganofag or a shitposter pretending to be a Naganofag.
>>14239869
Because they didn't? Hell's wrong with you?
>>14244420
Post something good then

I hope you actually really die soon.
>>14244472
names of their respective anime please.
>>14244746
Gundam.
>>14244746
They're all in the picture. The top line is the series name, the bottom line is the mecha name.

>All edgy Gundams and knockoffs
Cool I love building blocks too. The only one that does anything new is the Gothicmade.
>>14244773
And I can''t read moons apart from recognizable like Mazinger SKL and Gundams.
>>14244783
I know I shouldn't take the bait, but you got me, anon. I hope you're proud of yourself.
>>14244797
Anon, learn to read katakana.
No, seriously. It takes about twenty minutes (shit's pretty much the easiest writing system in existence), and it's extremely useful if you're looking for information on /m/-related things.
>>14244783
Nice goalpost moving.
>>14244797
It's katakana. Even non-jap children can easily learn that shit, and translations for the very few characters it contains are easily found.
>>14244821
>>14244807
I can't. If you don't to tell, then no need to go roundabout way to say that.
