Watching Fourze (my first Kamen Rider series) and I'm loving the fuck out of it. The first five heisei series(Kuuga-Blade) are all fairly serious, with Agito being the lightest of them because the 2 of the 3 main riders are dorky outside the suit. For fights go for Kabuto(a good all-rounder outside of the fights) or Wizard(Generally seen as not that great outside the fights but the fights are very good)

It's very unlike most Rider series, it was a heated topic back when it was released in Japan that it was more of a Metal Heroes show, which is pretty plausable because it was going to be at first before Kuuga and Agito were successful reboots of the Rider franchise.
