I used to like putting together the cast list in the database after my SRC run would get to stage 30 and see what the list ended up looking like. I enjoyed that the RNG ended up making some rather bizarre-looking lists that would make for interesting SRW games. It's another of the reasons I hope the guy behind it eventually updates with a new version that contains a few more series worth of units; I'm sure there's plenty more old and new stuff to draw from somehow.

I also think that with a little work, the concept behind SRC Dungeon could make for a decent experimental SRW game. Done right it could at least have a better reception than the last DLC-based game, of which Matt is currently torturing himself with.

The Quarter is overall the best battleship of the main three. It hits the hardest, has the best MAPs, tanks the hardest, has the best abilities, and it has the best spirits amongst the most pilots. Even if it didn't have Sing it'd be the flat out best battleship for most of the game, Sing just propels it into obscene territory.

(The Ultrasaurus is apparently not that bad though, so that's nice. Especially since the Gravity Cannon is ANTI GROUND on top of its large range and massive power - albeit, you don't start with it, it unlocks later in Chapter 7 because OE hates you. Also no Hot Blood because of fucking course, but still. It has Zoid Core too, which is great for something with its amount of HP.)

Now I got Rain too. Not too sure about using her since she obviously doesn't have Newtype or anything, but Rising Arrow has awesome range and accuracy, which is great. It only has three shots though, so I have to park her next to my resupplier or waste a part slot on a cartridge.
I think I may have cheated myself out of getting Allenby by taking this route, as Domon and co. had the final showdown with the Devil Gundam while they were off the party and I don't think I'll see it again until the Devil Axis event. This also means I missed the event to save Schwartz, not that it matters for this run.

Not sure, I haven't really used her yet. I literally only just got all the Mazinger Angels together, so I'm about to find out now. Had to assign them as you see because it's the only way the combination attacks work, it has to be Sayaka+Jun and Maria+Hikaru, as we as Z+Minerva and Great+Great.
In theory she's not so good, though. Movement range is 4 (which I fixed with parts), can't fly, rank B in space (same as Z, unfortunately, but the Greats have A). She did come with 5 upgrade bars on everything though, which is nice.
I'm expecting those issues won't matter too much because I generally let the grunts come to me and pick them off with my ranged units. The Angels are here to Double Burning Fire bosses, let's see how that works.

Now that you mention it, they do. So I guess I could swap the pilots with B rank into the units with A rank and vice-versa for more balance. But the Japanese guide I'm following says that there's no difference between B+A and B+B anyway, so Jun and Sayaka wouldn't really benefit from being put in the Greats. So I might as well keep it as it is as Maria and Hikaru in the Greats are both A+A so they get a damage boost.
