The art is great, the story is actually fantastic (internally sensible, if a tad meandering about the giant elephant that is the Sangre Azul before they reveal what it actually is), and the girls are cute as buttons.
Oh, and the MS are top-tier awesome. A perfect mix of the best of OYW Zeon and Zeta-era Federation.

I don't read manga or anime novels but I've heard good things about Federation Hooligans so I'd be interested in seeing that adapted.

Really MSV-R is the thing right at the top of my list, it's not spectacular but somehow it manages to do so many things so right.

I just recently got into Gundam (I started with the movie trilogy) and while I don't really have much to contribute to the thread, I do feel the need to thank you guys for getting me into this. It's fucking awesome.

Once again, thank you guys for pointing me into the right direction. I will give the books a try, just let me watch a bit more.

Cool, dude. I would have gone with the series instead but that's alright as long as you get around to it eventually. Books are rarely if ever talked about because only a couple anons have read it but everybody knows the major changes from the animated work.

Don't get too caught up in Gundam though, there's a load of other great things here. The best way to appreciate the things you like is by expanding your horizons.

I know there are some ongoing projects to hack and translate various SRW games, but has anybody ever tried the same for Saturn games?

I wouldn't mind bringing the Blue Destiny game into the limelight but I know nothing about coding and hacking games.
