Eugene used it to fly two ships at once with just his thoughts, Mika and Akahiro and Shino all used it to control mobile armors but made the jump to mobile suits pretty easily. Orga wasn't anything like Kamina, though. And he's not an older brother figure to Mikazuki. He's not perverted, boisterous, or the bolstering type. He's not going on about manliness. He's actually really easily flustered, shy, uninterested in women, insecure and looking for approval from adults. Is there a reason so many people just repeat things and everyone takes it as true despite the fact that what they are saying is retarded?

With that being said yeah, escorting the Princess took too long and was boring as fuck and nothing that good happened during it. First 3 episodes, which were the only ones originally outlined and never tampered with as we recently found out, were the only really good ones.

the true AV system is the one Ein has from what Gaelio and Ein say in episode 24 and 25. I think one of the reason all Gundam frames are missing their cockpits is because once the calamity war was over the system was taken out and destroyed(Barbados uses their tank cockpit while the other gundams in the show use cockpits with the AV system)

It's a case of connections more than anything. For the NGs, Kimaris and Barbatos share a frame while Gusion uses a slightly different one.

That said, based on the early review photos, it doesn't look like those pegs would be present. Could probably be done, with modding and effort, but it's not going to be easy. Oh well.

This honestly is where the Kamina and Orga comparisons arise. They're both playing at and projecting the image of what their young sidekicks (Simon/Mika) believe them to be (the hot blooded big brother full of bravado in Kamina's case and the confident commander with a plan in Orga's) when they're both just some dumb kids who are in way over their heads. The difference is that Simon is a good kid with the potential to be a hero while Mika is a barely restrained psychopath who's likely to start murderizing everyone if Orga doesn't keep living up to the image Mika has of him. Makes one feel kind of sorry for Orga, actually.

Even then I wouldn't say he's a sociopath frankly. He displays a few of the qualities, but then, you could attribute those qualities (violent behavior, lack of remorse, disregard for social values) to many soldiers. Cause that's what he is and that's why he does most of what he does. He can't stop - he's just a soldier.

See the thing I hate about these post is no one else displays anything close to the same symptoms. Their are people who seem older than him who are so very normal you could pretty much put them in some normal shitty high school anime and they'd fit in.They sort of imply this is down to being a soldier (not to a great degree though it is more fan speculation) but whenever we see him as young he is completely the same so he just seems like an autist.

But the weird thing is, I do agree he isn't a psychopath. He's just horribly inconsistent. For great stretched of time he will act super normal outside of being blunt and not talking much, neither of which are unheard of qualities in average people. He cares about people's, has opinions, is sociable, I could go on. But then they did that one scene with Orga and making him have zero problem with killing outside of one scene with his hand shaking which is (so far) never addressed again. Mika like a lot of characters is whatever the scene needs him to be, he can spout off about economics and how hard it is for the lower class or he can have literally no idea what is happening on mars and no real care about it. Now some people would try to say that this makes him layered and dimensional, but it doesn't as none of these sections link together nicely, there is nothing coherent, thematic or just interesting about it.

He is one of my least liked gundam protagonists. Honestly if we weren't told he was a protagonists people would praise the show for giving the gundam to a side character

In other words, somebody who doesn't care about killing but is shown to care enough to talk about killing or imagining deaths.
For Mika things are simple - he and his friends have to survive, so he fights to survive. Orga promised him to lead them all to a better place, so he does whatever he can to realize his plan.
He is utterly pragmatic and disillusional.
