I'm looking for more anime that involves formations in battles, not just single ship shows. I have already watched LOGH, and Arslan Senki. They are the best example I could think of. I have been watching Heavy Object, which even though it's only mainly one or two objects, there is still a lot of tactics and clever maneuvering.

I also watched Tytania, and while it started strong, it had very few fleet battles.
Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon?
The LN and anime both go into depth with their stuff.
Even the politics, debates, and whatnot are all well-thought out.

>Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon
This looks good, I like how it seems less gay and the girls have bigger tits.

>the girls have bigger tits.
Oh, there's even a perfectly valid in-universe justification for the giants tits if you're wondering why there's lots of giant tits.
The author is a madman

What's the justification?

I appreciate efforts to eradicate cognitive dissonance, but it's entirely unnecessary and the means justify the ends when it comes to tits.

It all stems from the setting.
They are re-creating history.
Giant tits are a symbol of fertility in the past.

No, he's just that crazy.

>The author is a madman
He really is. It's downright absurd how much thought goes into those books. Also, s3 never.
>mecha based on ancient militaries never
I want my shieldwalls and battle standards.

Too bad the show didn't pay a whole lot of attention to the armies.
Break Blade?

I like the series, but the anime only had two fights where group tactics were the focus and the manga only has three as far as I can remember. It is very focused on Rygart and the Delphine.
