That episode was specifically a homage to braves, so that's probably all they used.

That piece originated I think from the Daiteioh promo video made to celebrate the Eldoran Trilogy. Not surprised they sound similar, Tanaka did the music for GGG and the first Eldoran show Raijin-Oh, along with the other Brave shows Exkaiser and Dagwon.

Actually, Dagwon's BGM was composed by someone else, credited as Edison (whoever it is, he/she also did the music for Black Lagoon), and the OAV had yet another composer. Tanaka only composed the Dagwon opening song.
