Ok, so on Earth, Giganos and Zeon are being dicks in the big old OYW setting, also Dr. Hell and Dinosaur Empire actually bothered to show up for once in accordance with side Getter/Mazingers getting more plot than the originals. In space, a bunch of aliens are being shit, those being ones from L-Gaim, Layzner, Trider G7, and Daltanius, with a little Daiohja, Baxinger, and a very small amount of Sasuraiger shit going on as well in that group. Then also there were the OG villains in a multiversal faction with Khamen Khamen, the Raijin-Oh villains, and Dancouga's villains.

The OG villains are like Tron (as in the Tronium planet) except they survived their planet's destruction and now they have their eyes on Earth.

They do have the caveat that the final battle in the game is literally set to the backdrop of their infinite mass creator flooding the Earth with a swarm of Big Zams, and if you don't stop them fast enough their power source goes critical and Earth is gone now game over. (Apparently in XO they made a really annoying gimmick out of that too, but XO also added like 10 to your deploy count so that's probably not much of an issue.)

It's one of the Neviim, which are basically huge defense satellites surrounding Balmar's home planet and REALLY fucking important.
