The main Idolmaster series/movies are done by A1 while Xenoglossia is done by Sunrise and Puchimas is done by Gathering.

Just because the main Love Live series is done by Sunrise doesn't mean the spinoff will be done by them too. Heck, look at Hayate no Gotoku and Full Metal Panic to see that a series isn't guaranteed to stick to just one studio to be animated.
