Personally I'd say go for the crabsticks, but keep a copy of the clean subs around.

I feel like these subs really made Mazinger better than it was. The subs were pretty accurate most of the time, with the exception of featuring cursing every now and then, which made things funnier than they were.

Basically, you get the complete context of what's going on and get some fun out of it. Compared to crabsticks that are just usual terrible HK subs that make you laugh harder while missing everything they said.
