If you're not joking how would you recommend somebody going about learning Japanese? It's not like picking up a new European language where you can just use Duolingo, a grammar book and movies to get it down in a year. Japanese has a new writing system and absolutely no common roots with English.

Same way you do any language. Learn some vocab, grammar, pronunciation and writing. There are thousands of tools for weebs on the internet to learn moonspeak. Shouldn't take more than a few years.
