GT-Four I guess.

It's from a random side story manga that happens some time after OYW. The feddies were trying to develop a transformable atmospheric suit powered by gas-turbine engines, something like a VF. Then zeon remnants pop up, shit happens, bla bla.

Unfortunately, the transformation system made the frame weak as fuck and the prototype was falling apart towards the end of the manga, though it was explained that technologies from the project was used in later transformable suits.

In typical GSD fashion, they couldn't bother introducing a character to pilot it, nor make the fight any interesting. Athrun shows up and slowly tears it to bits.
