Beargguy-san is a highly-modified civilian MS built from an Acguy's frame for marketing stunts, that had to be jury-rigged into battle in a pinch, like the museum Guntank from F91.

Build Strike was a competing design alongside the Strike E. Combining what they learned from Strike's IWSP pack and other various MS, the Build Strike Full Package was built.

However, it wasn't chosen due to the Strike E's more cost-efficient design and ability to use previous Striker packs. The Build Strike was effectively a redesign of the entire Strike while the Strike E improved on the already excellent Strike.

The designers, however, did not stop the development. Following the development of Voiture Lumiere systems of various MS(Destiny, Strike Freedom, Stargazer, etc), the team made their own variant which closely follows the Stargazer's system.

The beam capturing ability of the Stargazer was replicated, though with a smaller receiver unit mounted on the shield, this was the Absorb Shield, and along with a rather innovative inner-frame power storage system, it allowed the MS to convert enemy beams into energy for itself, which could be used for a variety of purposes, from powering its weapons to even supercharging the phase shift, the actuators and the thrusters on the MS for a boost in performance, the RG system.

Winning and Star Winning are Mobile Support Fighting Suits of UC Gundam: War in the Galactic Core produced in 2039.

Winning was a mobile pod worker dressed up for a digital idol group event and later heavily customized to provide support for the normal-sized titular mecha, Galaxy Gundam, to defend Colony XLIV in its trip towards the galactic core. Later, after losing to the MSNNNNZ-0000000006F Command Zantsu X3S Custom, Winning is customized into the Star Winning for greater firepower and was instrumental in defeating the enemy's own reinforcement support unit, the MANNNNZ-000000008X Elleymet.

The final episode was controversial for airing twice; the first airing showed Star Winning pilot, Hoshiho Fumie's helmet floating in space, amongst wreckage of the Star Winning, but when angry fan letters shut down Sunrise and Bandai's fan reception email servers 3 times in 3 seconds an emergency press session was released that promised a second, edited airing. The helmet was edited out and a scene with Fumie staring from far off, at the protagonist and his love interest moving into their new house, was feared to have started another controversy, but to the surprise of some and the no-fucks given of others, Fumie merchandise skyrocketed in popularity and Comiket eventually banned all Fumie doujins for three years straight due to oversaturation of specific content.

Due to great popularity with the audience, Winning and Star Winning later appeared in the movie adaptation and Sunrise's 2049 anniversary movie, Crossworld Chronicles IV: Shin Shining MaxeCure Senshi x UC Gundam: War in the Galactic Core Shin Movie Edition.

The Wing Gundam Fenice was planned as what would be used in place of the Wing Gundam during Project Meteor, but was replaced by the standard Wing Gundam due to it having a higher total power output and being transformable.

Build Strike Gundam is a modified Strike Rouge stolen from Terminal by terrorists. It's build booster is a modified backpack stolen from ORB's Akatsuki Gundam.

Star Build Strike is its upgraded form after being heavily damaged with its battle against the Strike Freedom. It was upgraded by a rouge ZAFT engineer who specializes in Mirage Colloid technology.

Build Strike Gundam Cosmos is a heavily modified Star Build Strike with I-Field and GN tech after the Great Universe Assimilation.

Along with the Build Burning Gundam, its brother unit, the Build Strike Gundam Cosmos was destroyed when the Turn A Gundam unleashed its Moonlight Butterfly.

The Fenice Rinascita was a proposed upgrade to the restored Wing Gundam by OZ to improve its all-around fighting capacity and to integrate some aspects of Wing Zero to it. But then before they can apply the upgrades Lady Une stole it as seen in the show.

The Rinascita is the repaired version of the Wing after Une had it mostly destroyed. In a alternate Wing timeline ignoring Endless Waltz and it's redesigns, a new Neo Oz rises up using new suits reversed engineered from Wing Gundam. With the Earth Sphere on the brink of another war, Howard finishes the 5 Gundam Scientists final design: The Wing Zero Honoo. However, the suit manages to take control of it's pilot Heero Yui with it's AI system, a combination of the Zero System and Mobile Doll Ai to create an unstoppable machine. The suit is stopped by the 4 gundam pilots, but their aged gundams are destroyed in the battle. Neo Oz manages to confiscate the Honoo and plans on leading a massive battle against the Alliance. Heero steals the Wing Rinascita, and with the other 4 pilots in modified Oz machines as well as Miliardo in the Epyon Repair manage to defeat the Honoo and Neo Oz.
Actually had this idea since I first watched Wing and just replaced the suits with Built Fighters suits.

I liked to think that it was made as a mascot character for a Side 3 amusement park.

The TV production arm of the Anaheim conglomerate, for its newest kids' show in UC 0090, commissioned an actual MS for the lead role. Using a spare ZZ Gundam frame, they built an animal-themed combiner mecha, with three child prodigies/test pilots piloting the three units.

The show billed itself as the first combiner-mecha-with-kids show where the mecha is actually pilotable and actual kids are doing the actual piloting. Naturally the parents are outraged over this but seeing that the wars of the past decade are won by kids not much older than the leads they had to shut their traps.

The show, about three justice-obsessed brothers who, after being given a mecha by another kid genius after enemy aliens from Uranus kills one of them, initially garnered little interest, and toy sales were middling.

But it was when they introduced, with as much hype as they can muster, three villains so despicably terrible that the show plunged into chaos. (For some reason they were never introduced on-camera, so fans took to calling them kung-fu guy, sniper guy and the girl. Like the lead mech the three antagonist mechs were actual MS with actual kid pilots who auditioned for the part. The terrible reception of these characters led to a downfall in ratings (especially to Jovians, who felt that the characters were supposed to be stand-ins for them) and it was cancelled after 25 out of the 50 episodes ordered. The final mech (a dark version of the lead) was never seen, and a prototype of the toy is the holy grail for collectors.

After the ELS Conflict, tensions continued between humans and the rising population of Innovators. With Celestial Being's personnel largely retired or off-planet, many of their remaining holdings were acquired by the reorganized Fereshte under the guidance of Tieria Erde. One of these was the GN-001REIII Gundam Exia R3. Rather than reuse the Gundam as it was, Fon Spaak opted to combine the parts from the Exia R3 with his own preferred Gundam Astraea Type F. The result was dubbed the Gundam Exia Dark Matter by Hanayo, to Fon's chagrin as he preferred the name Astraea.

Material from the Exia's GN Sword Kai was used to manufacture the standalone "Prominence Blade", which takes the heat transferal properties of GN Condensers by gradually releasing the superheated particles, producing a signature flame effect around the blade. The Astraea Type F's Proto GN Sword could not receive the same upgrades, and so instead was repurposed to a different type of weapon. By creating a high-intensity particle vacuum, the modified "Brincle Sword" can drain the particles that form a key part of the armor of an enemy mobile suit, resulting in the armor briefly becoming brittle and easily destroyed. To provide support for extended operations, a Trans-Am Booster unit was applied to the back of the Exia Dark Matter. This support unit provides two additional GN Blades in the form of katar-like weapons, as well as increasing the Exia's operational period in Trans-Am by close to 150% using the enormous GN Condensers. In an emergency Hanayo may separate the booster for use as a support craft, leaving Exia to operate on the chest condenser's stored GN Particles only.

By unknown means Fon managed to acquire a True GN Drive for the Exia, and it would continue to see use throughout the Innovator Wars in Fon's role as an Observer. Though it is no longer necessary for Gundams to wear masks, the Exia Dark Matter does so anyway at Fon's preference.
