Yeah I know, it just irks me that Saban was able to do that when this was clearly inspired by Super Sentai and power rangers had nothing to do with it. Unless there's a giant blue head and a popcorn popper robot that didn't make it into any of the trailers. Which seems doubtful since they call their space police gun a "Dekapistol" instead of an "SPD Blaster" even though SPD was actually one of the better received iterations.

Toku is only a small portion of Shout Factory's catalog of TV series on DVD. They're willing to fulfill a niche market because they can take a chance. Saban won't because sentai is in direct competition with PR.
