First of all, it's not a henshin hero show, but it pretends to be. However, in reality, it's a shitty j-drama about a bunch of really ugly actors making really bad attempts at what I am told is called "acting", but I'm not so sure of that. To top it off, Inoue is involved, who caused famous trainwrecks like the terrible Faiz, the painful Kiva, the polarizing Agito, and the overrated Jetman. Just don't waste time with it when there are other, much better shows that are guaranteed to interest you.
Here's my recommendations off the top of my head:
Heisei Rider: Den-O, OOO, W, Kuuga (stay away from Faiz, Agito, Kiva, Wizard, Decade)

Metal Heroes: Literally all great shows, may or may not like Jiraiya
Other Heisei toku: Garo, Tomica Hero trilogy, ChouSeiShin trilogy, Cybercop, Gridman, Guyferd, Tekkouki Mikazuki, Voicelugger, WoO
Other Showa toku: Zubat, Kikaider, Inazuman, Koseidon, Lion-Maru series, Mirrorman, Poitrine

Armor Hero sucks though, there's a definite focus on selling toys, and the secondary Chinese dub is pretty horrible [bilingual fag here]. One of the weirder cases where the English dub is actually better, because the ADR is pretty much on par with current Power Rangers.

Akibaranger needs to be there and I would go with Kabuto rather than Hibiki, personally despite loving the whole type of monsters, kinda like Kamen Rider Monster Hunter, I find the show a bit of a struggle to get through.

Sh15uya had one of the worst endings I've ever seen, but it was a pretty cool show.

I would add Kamen Rider Black and replace Den-O with OOO. Also, if there's room, Madan Senki Ryukendo is a pretty solid show.

Pretty safe to assume that most here won't have nostalgia for old Sentai since the vast majority of 4chan traffic comes from countries where they never aired on TV.
