You are supposed to contact someone initiated in it and that is and official part of the TM community and thats allowed to "teach" it and give you a mantra which you repeat on your head
I cheated and used a word I like as a mantra. I tried with other 2 words before and they didn't work so good but the new one did the job
I guess I should contact an oficial teacher now, I guess the legit way most be even better
