What a fucking shitshow, I should've known better because it's Murakami but the first half of this was a fun, engrossing and comfy mystery but it takes a complete fucking nosedive halfway through and goes full retard unlike anything I've ever read. It made me feel dirty.

I tried reading Kafka on the Shore and it was absolut shit. The 15 year old MC was a special snowflake.
There's a part where he crashes at a chick and she masturbates him (she doesn't want to fuck him) and the guy asks if it's ok to picture her naked while getting his dick handled. Fuck off, I fucking cringed so hard I literally trowed the book in the thrash.
