i've been out of the lit game for a decade anons. i sold my youth for wealth and am now back and free to write whatever the fuck i want. but the times have changed. is it even worth putting in the years it will take to get gud again when being a white male means i'll get zero buzz and when no one i know even reads new novels anymore? what are the best novels of the past 2-3 years? i like murakami, denis johnson, cormac... are there any up and coming authors on this level? any cool fantasy novels lately? should i just write the plot and characters for a video game instead?
