All races practice nepotism. The Jews are just better at it, they are better at pretty much everything they attempt because their genes are better, writing, reading, nepotism, science, math, acting, money making, everything. That's why their schemes work so well too, you need to be smart to scheme.

I don't entirely buy the superior genetics thing. Sure, the the Ashkenazim are supposed to be measured as a smart group. However, Jews generally aren't associated with being good-looking (with notable famous exceptions) and they have lots of genetic diseases. I don't entirely dismiss the argument of heredity in intelligence, but culture also plays a role as has been pointed out: education and nepotism.

Combine that with the fact that the West has damaged its own traditional order.
