Assuming you're taking your time with a book and there's no rush to finish it, how many hours would it take you to finish approximately 1000 pages
There is no way to answer this question in a satisfying way, given that fonts, typesetting, and page size are not standardized, neverminding the fact that language used is also not standardized.
It would take me 6 hours to read 1000 pages of Harry Potter in the later books' original hardcover versions.

most 1000 pages fiction books take me about 3 weeks to read

1000 pages of Hegel would take more time than 1000 pages of Tolkien. In other words, your question is dumb.

Standard fiction? Probably 10-15 hours. But that could vary wildly depending on the reading material. I read about 100 pages an hour of basic fiction, but that's not going to last for Joyce or Lucretius.

Taking my time, and assuming it's the sort of book that reaches 1000 pages, I'd say somewhere between 3 days and a month. If I'm massively engrossed I'll just pound through it, but if I'm taking it in slowly I'll read about fifty pages a day, take some days off to read other things.
Never feel time pressured though, OP. If you want to read something else in the midst of reading a massive slab of a book, there's nothing stopping you taking a break.

Hours? Maybe 20? Given my schedule about 5 days.
