it is, but when you're trying to read something different than your average young-adult bullshit, you encounter synonyms or obscure words and have to look for a translation all the time. it ruins the whole fun of reading and I almost never able finish a book because of this.

I've found a lot of beauty and enjoyment in Spanish literature even though it's my second language. I learned Spanish at a very young age, though.
