Anything with an affect can be measured. What does it even mean to be physical? There are some things not within our spectrum to sense, and the same for bats. Look more to the physical sciences to understand why you phenomenalists sound like idiots. For the brain and consciousness, read Stanislas Deheane and obviously Hameroff and Penrose.
