I was a well-read Marxist with a Master's degree in philosophy, and I decided to read this book just to see how idiotic the far right is.
But today, I'm proud to call myself a white nationalist, who believes that Jews are at the root of all evil in the world. I realized that the liberal education I had been given was merely a mental straight jacket that insulated me from true redpilled knowledge about how the world really works. From there, I wen't to Hitler's Mein Kampf, I went to Schopenhauer's On Women, t to Protocols of the Elders of Zion, and continued until I was finally aware of how we are being duped by the Jews.
It's frightening how they're genociding us, but if we can only get this book into the hands of all of /lit/ that would be wonderful. We need to get the word out there. It's often talked about on /pol/, and if we can spread the book like we did the Jew "meme" pics then maybe we can elect a proper "anti-semite" instead kike Trump next time.
Do your duty to the white race and read it. I promise you that you will never regret it. The truth of it is so exalting through its sheer penetrative insights that it'll leave you gasping for more redpilled books.

I am also a well-read, graduate-degree holding former semi-unintentional Marxist who read the book after traveling the world for many years and coming back to a society that I could only describe as utterly insane. The redpill hit me immediately as soon as I started looking into the "why the fuck are all these brown people in my once-beautiful now?" and I soon after found MacDonald's work, and in particular this book, and it sparked an amazing journey into racial consciousness and elevated purpose I do not regret whatsoever. Jews are a very demented race that lies endlessly and think they have a right to control other people's societies. They are very different from you and I, and that's just a reality white people desperately need to awake from and fast. All white men owe it to themselves to read this book.

Here's my honest take:

I was always wary of Jews, raised to be that way, but never intolerant. I even had a serious Jewish girlfriend for a few years.

My search for answers to questions about why Jews controlled so much of academia, finance, news, entertainment industries; were so disproportionately rich; were so persecuted in every country they lived in over so many centuries; kept leading to unsatisfactory answers or dead ends. These were truly taboo, transgressive questions. So of course I found my way to this book.

The most solidly supported and argued section is the introduction of the latest editions. Absolutely mind blowing stuff. The intro is fairly long and substantial too.

The actual book is not bad, but on shakier ground if you are skeptically inclined/hard to persuade. MacDonald's biases against Marxism and for Christianity are not well supported at all, he seems to take it for granted that his audience agrees with him in large parts of his worldview. But overall, he makes a very difficult to dispute case about the group survival strategy of the Jewish people and how it manifests in their individual and group psyches and how detrimental it is to everyone who they perceive to be as in the outgroup to their ingroup.

Culture of Critique is decent and an eye-opener for many. However, if you want to read a truly inspired work by an actual genius (and I don't use that word often), then read 'The Foundations of the 19th Century' by Houston Stewart Chamberlain. Whoever dismisses it as being merely antisemitic drivel, simply hasn't read it
