hey /lit/, im looking for fiction filled with paranoia, i just love it. Something where the narrator is literally bonkers... or is he?
Like the matrix before neo takes the red pill if you know what i mean, just the narrator questioning reality and his sanity

Rant by Chuck Palahniuk. It's a light read, there's no real narrator, but a bunch of characters telling their contradictory stories about the eponymous main character; the real metaparanoia doesn't start until the very end though. Be prepared for some gross-out shock however.
Also thirding Pynchon/CoL49.

Second.
The Tenant by Roland Topor.
Crime and punishment I guess? Although it doesn't just focus on Rodya's paranoia.
