Reading fiction
Can't imagine how the characters look like no matter how detailed they're described
Who /brainlet/ here?
I'm not a very visual thinker. It's rare that I form strong impressions of a character's appearance. Or even the surroundings.

I also imagine characters very little.
Only when the author specifically describes a character do I follow him in creating an image in my head.
But I am perfectly fine with following a blurred character around with no idea about their mien.
Same. I can't imagine the characters very well, but I can usually imagine the surrounding environments vividly. The characters though are just fuzzy outlines.

eh, same. I just see flashes. Blue eye here, red hair there.
I have these huge cinematic visuals, but no people.
My problem is that they turn very absurd if I try to take everything into account. Often I just pick something from my mind's photobank without giving it much thought, just so that they look like real people. I just read The Big Sleep and General Sternwood become Schopenhauer/Black Mass Johnny Depp.
If you're reading a book that actually goes into detail with character descriptions, you're probably reading garbage, anyways.
I don't even know how the characters in my book looks like. Only strong features like hair style, hair color, eye color, skin color , breast size, etc.
Sometimes, even if the author describes facial features in detail, I just can't put every detail together.
But it's ok because the brain isn't suppose to remember people in detail.
