It's just an extention of typical image board argumentation: restating the opposition in a way that belittles them and sets up a perfect counter argument. Or insulting a type of person and then insulting them even further for having the audacity of disagreeing. See "Ahmed" or any other stereotypical name put at the end of the comment as if everyone else is a racists piece of shit and automatically discards any expression from people of that group. I could go on, I fucking hate this place
