Far shot, but has any of you read a book on the "A Companion to..." film director series? As a slow reader who's never formally read any film theory book it's kind of a wild decision to start here (long 'obscure' book), but I feel compelled to because I'm very very interested on the work of this man, and just out of an impression from the pages I glanced through, it looks interesting.
