English does this: the orange juice, the apple tree, the police station, the environmental protection agency
German does this: the Orangejuice, the Appletree, the Policestation, the Environmentalprotectionagency
These things are compound nouns and both languages have plenty of them. The German language just gets rid of the spaces and capitalises the first letters.
You can create new English compound nouns just as easily as new German compound nouns.
They're just less obvious in English because they usually still look like multiple nouns (like "the environmental protection agency").
