I don't like it. It seems like a shitty rip-off of TLP in its tone of simultaneous intellectualism and jaded chauvinism/pop-culture reference; however, when TLP does it, it's actually sincere, who he is and how he writes, and it endears you to it; this guy just seems like he was really struck by it so more or less unconsciously copies it. He even quotes and sources TLP, so there's no doubt he reads TLP. Also much much too long and rambling for my taste, sorry.
