thanks, i think I'll buy it and give it a try then. My depression has been brought on recently by the realisation that I likely have aspergers. Really just seems like a hopeless situation now and I'm finding it hard to regain the ignorance about myself I had in the past. Hopefully this cbt will at least help me cope with the situation.
