If the choice is between this and BLACKEDposting then I'll give de Botton his props. TSoL is somewhat grating but I can't help but admire de Botton. The alternative would've been toiling away in relative academic obscurity.
He does strike me as a little too "normal" to understand the interplay between porn and loneliness. Jokes about his appearance aside, he's married, relatively famous and financially secure. Peterson has a better understanding of the demographic that this would appeal to desu, probably because he interacts with them.
