About 3,000 words. I usually plan a section before writing, so I tend to stop once I reach a natural break

Think mine is the same or slightly more for a segment that ended up 20,000.
The writing, presuming I prepared my content properly, is pretty fast but several sessions of editing usually takes me x5 times (or more) than the initial writing.
