When you're reading something, do you do anything to help yourself retain the information? For example, do you pause after the sentence before moving on, review the meaning of the sentence, move on immediately and only keep important ideas in mind, or anything else?
I am concerned that I may have a poor time remembering from what I have read, because I may not have developed some habits that others did when they were younger. It seems like I only ever have an easy time remembering the general concepts, but never the specific details.
