I'm looking for the perfect book to fit my taste.
I need something that is non-fiction that's subject matter is something strange or paranormal.
Good examples:
The Sphere - Crichton
I Am Legend - Matheson
The Quiet Earth - Harrison
The Dome - King
Most Lovecraft
Most Junji Ito
I get stuck reading a lot of "pop culture" books because I'm admittedly not a connoisseur but I'm really hungry for a good read, please help!

RIP thread.. will correct this next time I post since this thread is going to page 10 in a hurry.
Any where to start with Fort?

My suggested reading order:
The Booked of the Damned > Wild Talents > Lo! > New Lands
Keep in mind while you are reading that Fort himself doesn't believe what he proposes.
A "perfect book" isn't necessarily one that "fits your taste".
