I attend two a week. One is run by my local priest and is basically a mirror of the theology subjects he has taught at universities in the past. The other is a pretty relaxed study group lead by a friend who is a current theology student.

I think most Catholics use the RSV for study. That's what everybody used in my RCIA anyways.
