What is the actual best book on how to live life? I always feel like I have to do 10 things at all times. I hate that I don't spend all my time in hedonistic pursuits and also all my time on hard work. I feel cucked either way. In actual fact I spend my time in an unenjoyable inbetween state where I do no work yet procrastinate actual fun.
I waver between morality and amorality. I waver between having a naturalistic approach to everything and trying to be efficient as hell. Everyone else's opinion feels like an attack. Self help wavers between insightful and trite bullshit (mostly the latter).
I really hate considering psychology. I want to believe I have a free will even though I don't even feel like I have a consistent will, only changing wants.

not a how to book, but what you describe is the classic faustian conflict. Read Faust, if you haven't already

>only changing wants
That is typical. If you actually have a choice between morality and amorality; if you believe you have what it takes to act without morals, beyond good and evil, then you should.
