Pretty much anything. Other planets could have all kinds of unique traits that you aren't even thinking about yet. Heavy variations in temperatures (due to e.g. a very elliptical orbit) could render many metals useless. Depending on how intense the gravitational pull is, you might need something very light if you wanna build tall structures (to accommodate a quickly growing population or something) like aerogels, foams, aerographite; just Google "ultralight/futuristic materials" or some shit. If the planet is instable and has a lot of earthquakes, you'll need something flexible (which can be made out of non-flexible materials like steel, like in those new-fashioned skyscrapers they got in California and Japan.)
Also keep the economic aspects in mind. Maybe your planet is very rich in basalt, that's a shit material for e.g. kitchen appliances because it's so hard to clean, so maybe cleanliness is reserved for the wealthy. Maybe your planet is very high in oxygen and that's why plants grow much faster, so the cheapest building material is bamboo and that's where all those native Ewok-like cultures come from, who knows. Maybe there's little oxygen and high gravity, ergo no insects, ergo little/different pollination, so plant-based materials are more expensive. Materials are important, dude, they form the base of every civilizations. Rome would never have existed if it hadn't been for concrete.

There could be all kinds of plants that might have similar qualities to wood, of which there are tons of different kinds on Earth too, keep that in mind maybe, oh and look into alternatives to wood like nutshells, hemp, soy etc. But it all depends on the kind of stuff you can farm on that planet, on how much water there is, what the climate is like overall, and also culture. When you terraform a new planet it's not all about what's rational, if the majority of your astronauts are from South America they're gonna want to bring corn even though it's a dumb choice ecologically speaking.
