Went with 4 over easy. Drank a can of LaCroix while I was cooking. Inadvertently ruptured two of the yolks in the pan. Dipped the pancakes in the mixture of runny yolk and maple syrup puddled on my paper plate. Right now I'm about to have an 8 ounce cup of coffee. It's 4:30 AM.
