Run on sentences are okay if you can actually make the prose enjoyable and beautiful because run on sentences are only bad when they're annoying to read or exhausting like how an illiterate teenager writes or how I'm writing right now because I'm trying to show you an example of when a run on sentence is bad because Joyce's prose isn't annoying or exhausting because the lack of periods in a passage doesn't make it bad.
