Quite a few people with IQ's >140 have read trashy fiction, and what is now considered YA scifi or fantasy shit. Yes, if they continue to do so and promote it publicly into their 60's, 70's, and 80's, I'll question their judgment, but until I'm equally or more successful the most I can say is that it's like Hollywood directors's fascination with Japan and weeby shit.
