Siddhartha, Narziß und Goldmund, Glasperlenspiel in dieser Reihenfolge. Demian ist auch gut. Die helfen mit der Weltanschauung, sind aber natürlich keine Panazee. Geh doch zum Psychotherapeuten wenns wirklich so schlimm ist - in Deutschland übernehmen KKs die Kosten.

Na, so schlimm ist es auch nicht. Habe jetzt einen Job mit viel Außenkontakt, in dem ich mich meinen Ängsten stellen muss. Es hilft, unangenehme Situationen zur Gewohnheit zu machen. Im Beruf kann ich dem nicht ausweichen. Konfrontationstherapie.
