Is he the guy who fucked all those kids?

Greatest living poet
>>
This dude is middlebrow sensibility incarnate. His criticisms are 75% at his understanding of the perception of something and 25% at the actual thing itself. Not to mention his writing is fucking dreadful, a weird mish-mash of soft-slang and curses. Because his idea of the truest intellectual is, of course, a negotiation between the actual curious high-mindedness and the schmuck down the street who articulates his own lateral, localized and low discourse perfectly. Make sure to stay right down the the middle of the road. Can't look too dumb to the smarties, can't look too smart so as to be alien to the dumbasses you regularly encounter. What a cunt.

This guy is sort of a pretentious cunt, a narcissist incarnate. I understand ragging on Infinite Jest and Gravity's Rainbow, especially because they're so highly appreciated (even though I like GR and don't particularly hate IJ), but his review of To The Lighthouse is the ultimate sign that he's a fucking troglodyte.

> Having recently read Betty Smith’s great A Tree Grows In Brooklyn
He hates every book said in the OP but thinks ATGIB is a great book, just move aside, people, nothing to see here
>>
>If one wants to read a master of such discussions I suggest reading Milan Kundera, or, eventually, when published, my wife’s novels to see how one makes philosophy relevant to art.
What did he mean by this?

>It can not ever change. What once was there
>is still there because it will not be changed,
>but something is changing. A feel for change
>can be attained- yet not through change itself

How the fuck did he read IJ in 7 hours?
>>
>>9502371
These are worse than I remembered them being.
His holy sonnets are okay, though.

No, this one is the pedo
>>
>>9501765
He's a troll, no one would submit themselves to to the lighthouse only to hate it
Imo it's my fav book. So yeah, I'm biased
>>
>>9502346
I've always liked the guy but I can never find anything on his site.
>>
>>9501765
I just read his review on To The Lighthouse.
Holy fuck this guy is a raging pseud. Reading that made me exceptionally angry. He doesn't even understand the theory behind stream of consciousness, yet acts like he's some authority on the subject.
This guy wouldn't be out of place in the review section of Goodreads. All he does with this review is try to seem intelligent by arrogantly and ignorantly bashing a literary great. I don't always agree with Harold Bloom's reviews, but he at least offers respectable opinions on every book he reads. This guy is just the epitome of pseudo-intellects.
>>
>>9503017
That's his schtick, you really shouldn't waste time with him. He also claims he's a better poet than Shakespeare.
>>
Is this the guy who considers himself one of the greatest poets ever?

He deems his own poems masterpieces lmfao

Delusional hack
>>
>>9503479
No, anon, he's THE greatest poet ever.
